How many Shopify stores use Gorgias?

Gorgias is used by 13,109 active Shopify stores, 1.7% of the 750,590 stores we track (October 2026). That ranks it number 1 of 2 customer support technologies we detect, by number of stores. Across all customer support tools we track, it accounts for 59.9% of installs. Notable stores using it include Steve Madden, New Era Cap, Eddie Bauer. United States has the most stores using it (6,027, or 2.6% of that country's active Shopify stores), while adoption is highest in Denmark, where 3.9% of stores use it. Stores that run Gorgias most often pair it with Klaviyo (81.4% of them) and Meta Pixel (74.7%). We detect Gorgias from the scripts and Shopify web pixels it adds to a store's homepage, so stores that only use it on checkout or in the Shopify admin are not counted.
